Oh I know she had it buried in someone. I’m just disappointed by it being small enough to fit all the way in.

I’m pretty sure the T-Jackin benefits are DOUBLED by participation! Though I’ve heard the sight of me alone can be enough… now what to DO with all that Jacked T?
New to this but look forward to watching the thread and your transition.
Curious why you decided to go steady state cardio vs. the usual 5/3/1 protocol of sled/hill sprint work…are you worried about losing some muscle?
I am sorry if you have addressed this before.
Solid programming by the way.

Ohai! Cute doggie. Mastiff? We used to have one… well my parents had one a beautiful English Mastiff named Lola. BEST GOD EVAH!

I’m doing the SS because its what I like honestly and its worked for me in the past for fatloss. It IS hill steadystate though always either high incline treadmill or the moving staircase (deathmill). I’ve done all different types of cardio including HIIT hill sprints (never any prowler or sled just don’t have access). Since adding the legit cardio and dieting is a new switch I’m starting with what i like best LOL.
I’m not really following 5 3 1. I’m a bodybuilder using the 5 3 1 repscheme for building muscle… for the rest of my program and my cardio I’m relying on recobbled probrams from my old coach and input from experienced BBers that have worked with me putting this one together.

Very cool.
The reason I like your programming is that I use 5/3/1 the same way…more of a bodybuilding style.
Good luck with your progress!
Haven’t said hi in the new log, so-
HI

Yay! new log!
I think after my meet I will follow your example and do a cut as well. I have been sitting at 205 for a while now and I would like to see what is under my chubb as I can see my vague shapes of hamstrings in certain lighting
Plus if I can gain some strength for the next meet that would be supper cool also. Yay!
Good luck ![]()

Serially can’t keep up with this. Everything moves so fast.
We appear to be on a similar training program. I’m doing 5/3/1 for main lifts then my get hyoouuge accessory work. Its worked really well so far. Diet started yesterday so did the SS cardio. We’z bof gonna be like superheros.
