nooooo the battery screws on to the bottom of the barbell. So once its screwed on you’re off and running… um, so to speak. The big battery lasts about twenty minutes. The MAG-10 pulse fast looks like the way to go. You don’t get finibars (which are fuckin’ delicious) like you do with the other packages but you do the the GPC and the Powerdrive. Its been a while since I’ve used either of those two things, but I liked them when I did. SH is much more consistent with his supplements and swears they make a huge difference. Especially while dieting. I’ll be interested to hear what you have to say. I think Imma hafta try to con him into buying some extra stuff the next time he orders…

Finibars are delish but too many Cals for my cut esp when I’m using surge. Powerdrive is great. Abso! Prolly going with the mag10 pulse fast. I’ve got lots of anaconda and surge left. Here’s a pic of my counter LoL. I have vstios powder shops and tons o vitamins from my doc too.

As for fillings, yeah, I got those and five crowns (four of 'em gold. My molars are pretty gangsta). I’m lucky to have a nice big jaw which meant my teeth are perfectly aligned (no need for braces when I was young) but on the minus side, when my second teeth came through they had chalky patches and piss poor enamel. If the dentist put a filling in, they crumbled around it. Got my first crown done at the age of 12.

Some dude bought all that Biotest stuff for me. I spend a TON at my doctors though for sure.
My dentist says my teeth are strong because I didn’t drink soda when I was. Kid. Honestly I had very little sugar of any kind as a child. My mommy very healthy hippie type.
