Can anybody tell me where I can find information on the half lives of AAS, and a diffinitive guide as to what is class 1 and what is class 2? And is there any information that can help me predict how surpressive different AAS are.
I basically want to compare different AAS so I can put together some short “healthy” cycles.
Thanks in advance - and sorry if this is a bone question.
Check out the Steroid Newbie Thread in this forum - scroll down the posts and you’ll find one that lists the half lives of many steroids, and I expect it will cover what you’re after.
With all my recent research I’ve actually seen slightly different half lives quoted by people like Cy Wilson and Bill Roberts, to what is listed in the thread I mentioned, but from memory they all seem relatively close so you can’t go far wrong.
Half-lives of different esters:
formate 1.5 days
acetate 3 days
propionate 4.5 days
phenylprop 4.5 days
butyrate 6 days
Valerate 7.5 days
Hexanoate 10.5 days
caproate 9 days
isocaproate 9 days
heptonoate 10.5 days
enathate 10.5 days
octanoate 12 days
cypionate 12 days
Nonanoate 13.5 days
decanoate 15 days
Undecanoate 16.5 days
suppressiveness has to do with factors other than just the steroid used. for example, test will be more suppressive without an anti-estrogen. add an anti-estrogen and it becomes less suppressive (arimidex, letrozole, aromasin, and formestane used would cause less suppression than nolva, which would cause less suppression than clomid, which would cause less suppression than nothing at all.
also check out all the articles by brian batcheldor. they might be what you are looking for. the focus is on preventing shutdown as much as possible.
