Unless you want to grow a beard thick facial hair is maintenance nightmare.
I get tired of shaving everyday, and since my hair grows pretty thick, I cant just do a quicky.
I also have hair in all the places already mentioned but now that I am over 40 I have to keep an eye on the ear and nose hair as well.
I second leaving the chest hair alone. Maybe a trim is good if it gets to bushy. It rubs on my chin when I lay in bed which bothers me.
I shaved my back and shoulders the other day, and trimmed the chest. I did it with the clippers we use to trim our horses. I just let the hair fall on the floor in the bathroom. Then I swept it up and it pretty much filled up the dust pan. When I went in the kitchen to throw it in the trash. My wifes 70 year old aunt who lives with us wanted to know where all the hair came from. When I told her I had just shaved my back, her and my 2 kids, and 2 nieces were all laughing and saying ewwwwww.
I’m 21 and I don’t really grow any facial hair/chest hair/back hair or anything. Just hair in the usual places. Alot of it like on my arms and upper legs is thin and blonde so it’s hardly noticeable.
I only have to shave my face about once every 2-3 weeks to cut down on the perve stache, which isn’t even noticeable from a distance anyway.
I actually quite like it this way. It’s no trouble and doesn’t cause any irritation/time consumption for me.
I didn’t have an appreciable amount of chest hair until I was about 22, and I didn’t start needing to shave regularly until I was about 25 or 26.
My nose hairs are a different story. I’ve been having to trim them once or twice a week since I was about 17. Last time I went on vacation and let them go for two weeks, I came back with a yopan bush popping out of my nose.
Is there anyone else that, instead of shaving with a razor, just trims down the facial hair so there’s an even layer of stubble? Just wondering if I’m the only one. I do it mainly because I look like I’m 15 when cleanshaven (I’m about to be 30). That, and I’m also paranoid about ingrown hairs. Last time I shaved with a razor, I got an infection which turned into an abcess on my face that had to be sliced open and drained and treated with antibiotics.

That’s all I do. I use a razor above my lip so it doesn’t look like a mexistach, but the rest of my face hasn’t seen a razor for years. I don’t exactly have a lot of facial hair either, though, and I’m 25. It grows on my chin and jawline just fine, but is pretty patchy on the sides.

I’m the opposite. I’ve got a 5 o’clock shadow by lunch, but hardly any body hair. Well, a reasonable amount, but certainly not proportional to my beard power.
18 years old and had sick, thick beard a few months ago, added 100lbs to my total by growing it.chest, back hair ect is coming in but still fairly light.
Be lucky you have no facial hair. I had to shave on a daily basis by 14. I also had hair on my chest, shoulders, and back by 16. Luckily, the hair on my palms didn’t come until 17.
