Can I get more information on Tamoxifen, why 10mg EOD? why not 10mg twice a day?

Yes you can use Tamoxifen for quite a while. I would do 10mg EOD to start and then up as needed. It can make you feel like shit. There was a point I took 40mg/day and felt no different until after the 4th week where I started to feel like crap. There have been times where for months 20mg/day had no bad effect on me and others where 20mg/day made me feel like shit a week into it. I was experimenting with using it to reverse gyno that has been there for years before TRT.
Iāve since known people that used 10mg day & EOD effectively both on cycle and TRT as well as using it to reverse already existent gyno. More doesnāt always mean better and you donāt want to feel any more shitty than you have to especially if itās just as effective at a lower dose.

Iāve been taking tamoxifen for about 2 1/2 weeks now for a mild case of gyno on my right side. The label on the bottle says to take 20 mg twice a week. I did that for the first week and a half, then started taking 20 mg a day thinking that was a better protocol. The past 4 or 5 days Iāve felt very lethargic and figured it was the tamoxifen. Thanks Dexter for confirming this. Maybe Iāll go back to 20 mg twice a week

I personally found taking smaller doses of Tamoxifen (even if itās more often) seemed to feel better than larger doses less often (10mg/day vs 20mg EOD). Not sure if everyone would have that same experience though. I had 20mg pills that I would cut with a $5 pill splitter from Amazon (a razor blade works too).

I have fresh bloods here.
After speaking to my doc a few weeks back, we decided to change my regimen.
Test cyp 30MG EOD
HCG 250 UI EOD
The idea being to smooth out my peaks and troughs, slightly lower my over all test level and see how i get on with out an AI.
So I still seem to have low libido, still have some minor gyno pain symptoms though not as bad as before. Perhaps slightly emotional too. Also when i squeeze my nipple i get a slight clear discharge.
My prolactic seems to be very high, I have had MRI in the past to rule out pituitary tumor.
Is it possible on my previous blood test when I was taking aromasin could it have been keeping my E2 and prolactin low? If not, why is my prolactin now suddenly so high?
Blood was drawn very early in morning, which can apparently cause high prolactin readings.
