Gyno on 500 Test with AI?

On my second cycle running 500mg/w test, ran .5mg adex e3.5d since 2 weeks in, but my nipples started to become puffy and I increase dosage to .5eod and now .25ed. I’m 5 weeks in and I have no other symptoms besides the puffiness. No lumps, itchiness, pain etc. The only other thing to note is that if I firmly squeeze them they can lactate a tiny, barely noticeable amount of white/clear fluid, but im pretty sure this is me being an idiot and fucking with them too much as only running test shouldn’t have prolactin issues. Im thinking about stopping my injections now and getting some nolva and pct off. I only have clomid on hand and have heard it will do very little for gyno. Pics

I’m guessing you haven’t checked your prolactin levels, but this sounds like that’s your problem, not e2

I have high-ish PRL just on TRT alone. You never know until you check

This whole topic could have been solved by you, by not wasting time on posting but actually checking e2 and prolactin.
What do you exactly want from us? Our magic abilities to do bloodwork telepathically?
Check prolactin and e2, then use adex/nolva/clomid or whatever the fuck ACCORDING to bloodwork.

Its a simple thing, and no one else but you can solve it.

This I also don’t understand. A commonality with most issues posted is lack of bloodwork. Many people will figure out Bitcoin and how to order AAS black market but won’t get labs done for some reason as it’s “too difficult”. BTW I thought you were going to take a softer approach! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

But this is my softer approach

That is basically you are milking? Fluid seems not correct

Yeah I know I’m getting blood work done asap, just wanted to post on here due to the odd circumstances. No symptoms or lumps besides the visible puffiness and the fact that it was ran with an ai. Pretty sure it’s not a prolactin issue and I was overstimulating them like an idiot causing tiny amount of subcutaneous fluid to come out. I’ll see what the blood work says and run ralox/nolva/caber accordingly.

I have never heard of a guy being able to lactate by playing with his tits too much. I know that is a black swan (never hearing about it doesn’t necessarily mean it doesn’t exist), but when you are also taking exogenous Test, which has gyno (either through E2 or Prolactin) as a side effect, I have to go with that explanation (Occam’s Razor).

Makes sense. I want to get off the rest until I can confirm the issue with blood work, would there be any issue in doing so? I’ve heard this could worsen the problem and have been told to simply lower the dose significantly.

Is your adex from an UGL? How reliable is your supplier?

Bloodwork can be done quickly and you can have the results very soon.

In the meantime you could lower your test to a cruise dose. Also stop fidgeting and squeezing your nipples, which is likely the culprit to this whole ordeal of yours.

Agitating your nipples can lead to inflammation of the gland and light swelling. I’ve not heard of fluor. coming out but it would not surprise me either.

I agree though, it’s probably prolactin.
