Gyno and Pct Advice Needed

My cycle is test cyp twice a week 250mg for 8- 12 weeks depending on how i feel. If i were to start feeling gyno symptoms how do i react to it ? 40mg of tamoxifen ( nolvadex) everyday untill its gone? Or do i have to keep using it everyday while on the rest of my cycle ?

And if i do have to take it everyday do i just keep taking it two weeks after my cycle and then pct like i would witj nolva 40mg 2 weeks and 20mg 2 weeks?

Also im taking 0.5mg of arimidex eod whole on my cycle.

use an AI from the start, that way you won’t get gyno in the first place

0.5 adex EOD should be fine.
