Gun Control III

Not sure how this will work with Heller…

SCOTUS might be able to overturn assault weapons bans right here with this.

Federal Judge man. And the good news is, her ruling is so devoid of fact and so willful ignorant of precedent that this case, your state, might be the first domino in the eradication of the stupid, pointless and ineffective “Assault Weapons Ban”.

Let’s face it. The AWB is nothing more than emotional response to a problem that doesn’t exist. Not only does it not prevent, change or otherwise decrease crime or “save lives” it literally does nothing but push innovation and firearm technology to work around these rights infringements.

Can a Gun Owner Get Justice in New Jersey?

“As Allen’s attorney, Evan Nappen, explained after last week’s hearing, ‘she really has nothing to lose by going to trial at this point,’ since the only plea bargain offered by prosecutors would require Allen to serve three and half years (i.e., the mandatory minimum). It looks like her fate will be determined by a jury’s willingness to do the right thing, which in this case means ignoring an unjust law.”

So her choice is to do 3 years, or go to trail and hope for jury nullification and likely do three years?

I get why she is doing it, but if I ever have three years of my life left in the hands of 12 average Americans to have critical thinking skills or even understand the concept of jury nullification… I’m prepping to go to prison.

Lol! All I saw was MD, guns, and ban. I still hate this state though. Hopefully it will be the first domino to fall.

The rest of this country might get a taste of Martin O’Malley soon enough…

Ya, that’s a shitty story.

Dibs on the black haired chick.

Hence why I find the black hired girl so exciting. Not only did she totally enjoy the feel of freedom in her hands, but seeing as that toolbox is the caliber “men” she is used to dating, she sure as shit is going to enjoy the “dark side” of masculinity once she finds some.

Agreed.

You can barely imagine the anguish I would feel if my daughter brought something like that home. Sheesh.[/quote]

lmao… I don’t think, assuming you are in real life like you are here, you have to worry about that.

My daughter starts karate at 3, and I’m planning on getting her an airsoft rifle for xmass to start learning the 4 rules, etc. Hoping to be at pelt gun by 4 or 5 and rugar 10/22 before 8.

I would like to ask some of you here, how old you were when you first were introduced and instructed with firearms ?

Did you guys learn from a father or older male figure as a kid ? Or did you learn about guns as adults ?
