Recently again because of women. Revenge and once upon a time. I can literally get sucked into any tv show if you force me to watch it enough. [/quote]
Lol.
For me it was Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Once Upon a Time, Rizzoli & Isles, The Voice. Those ones I actually watched pretty regularly with her. Occasionally got sucked into a few episodes of Pretty Little Liars and Glee. Hell, even House Hunters International.
Some of those were awful. But I’d only watch them with her anyway.
Nip/Tuck I watched on my own, and feel no shame. Christian Troy is a great character. And any season premiere that starts with him taking home a girl… and her mom… is bound to be an interesting show.
There’s a gay Spaniard at my work that’s deep into his Madonna and it made me think about seeing it again, I love that movie. Get Into The Groove is my jam.
television shows:
Sex and the City,
desperate housewives,
Movies:
Harry Potter film series( I actually cried a bit under the last one LOL ).
Twilight film series. ( In my defence I like anything with vampires and its shitty compared to most vampire movies ever created,
but this is about guilty pleasures ).

Man, Prisoner Of Azkaban is the bomb, and yeah Deathly Hallows Part 2 was pretty damn incredible too, waaaaay better than Part 1.

Agree, DH Part 1 was a bit slow, but Part 2 kicked ass. I actually think 1,2,3 & 4 are the best.( perhaps because I was in my teens when they got out )
Regarding vampire movies; do you like the Underworld movies Big Kahuna?

Yeah Order Of The Phoenix onwards got a little dreary, but not really that bad if we’re looking at it outside of all the others. Azkaban was always my favourite, I really love Alfonso Cuaron and he did some great stuff taking it down a darker road than it had been in before, I think that’s where Harry Potter really hit it’s stride. Yeah Hallows 2 was so good, I love the final Hogwarts fight.
I’m going to go ahead and say no overall, but I didn’t see the fourth one, only the first three. I do however enjoy both Kate Beckinsale and Rhona Mitra, not as actresses, but still. First was quite fun though, there were times when I really enjoyed it, but it never really hit me hard enough to really stay in my head.

No not bad, but perhaps too much teen romance stuff. I also hated the fact that Gary Oldmans character died in the fifth. ( I know he dies in the book )
I also hate rons brothers( the twins ), they arent funny at all, even though they are supposed to be.

The fourth is not great, I think the 3 first are better and the first and the prequel are the best in my opinion. I probably like them because they are filled with badass vampires, brutal warewolfes, Kate Beckinsale in leather( do I need to say more LOL ) and a origins story lurking in the shadows. Everything a fantasy geek with a libido could ask for

Yeah I love Sirius as a character, and of course Oldman’s way of having played him, got pretty pissed when he died off. Was sad when Dumbledore popped his clogs too, but there’s something about Sirius that really triggers my empathy (I was going to put empathizable, but then I realised it wasn’t a word and looked for a another word with the similar/same meaning, apparently there are none exactly, time to invent a word.)

Ah see that’s where I fall off, my libido has been in remission since the Lady Diana accident. I like the whole dark and moody goth vibe though, I’ll probably never get around to the fourth unless I see the first three again, and part of me doesn’t think it’s quite worth the investment to push through all of them at once, maybe when I’m drunk and it jumps into my head on an uneventful night.

The first 5 or so episodes of each I just wanted to make fun of the shows but then slowly I noticed myself getting sucked in. Made me laugh by then of a couple of those shows how well I knew the characters.
