Actually, CM had a greater electrolyte count by a rather big margin, like double, IIRC.
For what it does, it’s relatively cheap at about $1 per 16 ounces.

This is an interesting topic – I have multiple food allergies which prevent me from using Surge (corn sugars) or even chocolate milk (casein/lactose issues). I’ve been using a casein/lactose-free whey isolate with fruit juice PWO, but it sounds like the fructose makes that a less-than-ideal solution.
Should I just be adding some table sugar to a mix of whey and water? That sounds kind of gross, but would probably be OK if I added a dash of flavoring extract…
