I know my menu is pretty limited (chicken, steak, eggs, whole wheat bread, almonds, peanuts, PB, whey protein, SWF, SR, spinach, broccoli, tomatos, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, feta cheese, kalamata olives, bananas, apples, other fruits depending on season, protein bar). I could eat steak and chicken every day, oh wait, I do eat steak and chicken every day! Although once a week I’ll have salmon and sometimes throw in a dinner of pork or turkey.

haha!!!

this made me laugh.

But do you really eat steak every day?

I am not crazy about turkey but I am eating it anyways. Most things taste good with garlic and roasted tomatoes.

that was pretty funny.

but aren’t you guys avoiding soy so you won’t grow boobies?

Jamie’s list is good, but I would disagree that strawberries have too much sugar (and she says grapes and dates don’t…?) According to the low carb websites I look at, grapes and dates have more sugar than strawberries (which are fine, if you don’t eat them by the bushel). Maybe she can eat one or two dates as a treat, but she has portion control issues with strawberries? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Decaf coffee?

For the longest time I thought I wanted to hunt down Ms. Eason, bop her on the head, drag her back to my cave and do horrendously wonderful things to her.

No longer.
