Too late.

Lights Cigarette

Started up the grill 2 weeks ago, and have been at it every night since.
Now I can eat brussel sprouts again, since grilled is the only way I can stand them.
Tomorrow night it’s tuna steak, yum.

Wait a fucking second.

Are you cutting the fat off a ribeye?

Dude, just buy a different cut if you don’t like flavor. Damn.
You kidding me? I fucking LOVE the fat. It came in one 12 pound hunk of meat from BJs and I had to slice it myself.

Christ, the next time you accuse me of blasphemy please do it through PM.

IMO, ribeye is far and away the best cut of steak. Better than tenderloin, better than filet, strip, all of it.

Okay, thank jesus. I though I was going to have to call the local loony bin and have you locked up with Celtics.

I agree with the ribeye statement. By far the best cut.

I went to Bobby Van’s in NYC this February. They had a long bone ribeye on special. Holy shit. Most amazing cut of meat I’ve ever had. Not to mention the novelty of a 18" bone hanging off 20oz of meat.

You guys have a Capital Grille near you? There Bone-in Kona is the “signature” cut I guess, but their ribeye kicks the shit out of it.

This statement is correct

So, anyone have any luck with a sub $300 gas grill? I went to home depot, Lowes, and 2 mom and pop grill stores and it seems like if you’re not spending $300 and up your pretty much getting a piece of shit that won’t last 3 years. Pretty much every review online supports this. Do you guys concur?

I ended up buying a piece of shit $15 charcoal grill while I shop around.
No. I have the one you linked from HomeDepot, the Brinkman.

I don’t know what other people are doing to or with their grills, or maybe they just aren’t very good cooks, but I love mine.

Pics to follow if I can find them

How much are you guys paying for your ribeye? I got that 12 pound hunk of beef (no bone) for $6.30/pound and thought that was a pretty good deal.
