Lately I`ve been experimenting with green tea with meals. I love to cook and always like to experiment with food. We all know the benefits of green tea and it seems that to get those benefits, one must consume at least 4 cups daily. I usually only consume 1-2 cups.
So I thought I would start using loose green tea as an herb for spicing up fish and chicken dishes. I also make soups with 3-4 cups of green tea such as green tea zuccini and japanese cabbage soup. They taste wonderful.
I want to know if by using green tea this way, will I still get the benefits of it. Anyone know?
