Green Tea Fans

hahaha

nice job noticing that BBB!

i have a similar experience in the AM as well.

each morning i do the same thing, wake up, mix DMAE/Fiber/Leucine shake and take supplements, pack food for the day, make breakfast.

now on teh weekends i skip the ‘pack food’ step but each time I get a large rumbling of my tummy and feel VERY hungry just like i do when I’m packing all my food. within the same amount of time post-shake (10-15min)

speaking of that, it’s time for breakfast!

I’ve noticed that when I don’t eat for 16 or 18 hours, the food tastes absolutely incredible, way better than normal.

I recently started doing AM cardio (complexes) with BCAAs only (green tea cap first and before the cardio), then not eating until noon or a little later. Reminds me of the Simpsons where Homer burns off all his taste buds and the new ones are so sensitive that he can only eat school cafeteria food. LOL!

I had a friend send me some coca tea from Bolivia.

It is made from the same leaves as cocaine.
I was pleasantly surprised on its effect on strength.
If green tea is the amphetamine of tea land cocaine tea is the steroid.

It has a similar effect on the heart and it makes you experience strength as opposed to CNS stimulation.

I highly recommend it. Specially for men.

I would love to try it but not everyone has friends from Bolivia.
