Eastwood is mediocre. He’s basically a collection of cliche facial expressions and one-liners. Over-rated.
Mel Gibson overacts everything. Annoyingly so.
I am going with Tom Hanks, Daniel Day Lewis or Marlon Brando as my favorite all time
Couple really underrated actors though are Will Smith and Josh Hartnett, not GOAT but very good
Joseph Gordon Levitt has the potential to get to that GOAT status.

I went back and looked at my wedding video and I’ll be damned if Michael Caine wasn’t the co-star. That guy is in everything.

80’s, 90’s, early 2000’s - Tom Hanks. He has yet to play a villian, and that’s my only reason for not giving him the immediate knod as GOAT. Russel Crowe, just for Gladiator alone.
Old School - Jack Nicholson, in my opinion is better than Pacino but I think DeNiro tops them both.
Present Day - Leo, Matt Damon, Christian Bale and Bradely Cooper.

If you haven’t watched this movie do yourself a favor and check it out. Levitt’s performance really surprised me. I didn’t think he was capable of what he showed.
