Great Pre workout

I found an amazing pre workout today.

8oz water
2 tsp of ceremonial grade matcha (quality matters!)
1 tsp organic honey

This stuff is known for focus and energy and no jitters and this stuff is great for meditation……

Turned out to be my favorite pre workout I’ve ever had.
No stomach issues.
The energy from the caffeine is gradual and non spiky.

I feel great even after legs.
Huge pump and muscle connection.
