Went to Dave’s gym today to check it out. Got a slight boner.

Worked up to 330lbs… ish they were in kilos for anot sure exactly, couple or a few singles… I cannot remember lol
308 for 4 or 5 reps. Once again can’t remember, Dave was yelling cues at me. Felt different to try and lean back. I shall have to practice this.

Don’t confuse with over extending at the top. Don’t do that. Just pull through your heels to help get your shoulders behind the bar. If you miss a deadlift you should fall backwards.

Haha man when I did squats last I left the bar loaded on the rack then went to town with the intention of returning the next day… didn’t make it back home for like a week and a half. Went to do presses and was like HORSESHIT
Neck Harness and front and side neck curls (just grab a 35 and lie on a bench… put it on your forehead and neck curl away)

Had to find a 1rm on incline… once again I used to little weight to really get an idea. Never having done incline benches before they felt weird as fark, and when I went to do flat benches afterwards I was pressing weird… like my body thought I was still inclined and kept pressing towards my face. Good thing I’ll never be doing them before regular benching again. BWAH
Decided to say fuck it to the 2 inch dumbbell for the time being. Rope through plates rows for the win
