GP Blood Tests Back, 5 Abnormal

Oh well if that’s the case then donate blood before you see him. Drop the b12 and keep an eye on HCT. Maybe dropping the b12 alone would be enough to keep you closer to 50. If the bloods you are posting are what he’s going to be making the determination on then you could say you’ve been taking iron and that’s the cause for the high HCT. Maybe he’ll tell you to donate and drop the iron without telling you to drop the dose. Regardless keep an eye on it.

What would be the best timing to take Uro Blood Panels in order for the HCT to be as low as possible? 24 hours after donating blood or maybe 3 days for all newly produced blood to come in or a week plus?

EDIT: Or maybe even on the same day! Morning donate blood, afternoon Uro panel.
HELP! I don’t want to lose my 120mg a week. Feel better than ever!

I would think right after would be the lowest but I can’t imagine 3 days later making much of a difference. Take that with a grain of salt because I really don’t have a clue
