ok, that guestion aside, i also need help with training, i have to stay away from powerlifting from now on because on my back so my old trainer and the coaches i work with told me that the best thing while im on gear is to adopt a bodybuilding style training
which is a lot of isolation
now what im thinking is for the powermoves that i still will bedoing just with a smaller lload i will do 5-8 reps 4-5sets with a sufficient slow tempo (3/2/1)
For the accesory lifts i will do 8-12 reps with a 3-4 sets. Same slow tempo.
A lot of volume work, but i keep being told that while on gear training has to be different, more targeted to max out the results.
any thoughts?

Technically that would be a class 1 - Tren and class 2 - dbol. Maybe Bill Roberts can comment or you may want to PM him. Ideally you would have enough testosterone to do the full 8 weeks at 500mg/w.
