10kg hammer curls, ‘crazy 8’s’ go through six rounds.

Some crazy high reps here man. 127.5 kg for 27 reps. That’s crazy!

Been feeling a bit down and stressed out recently, so, went ‘off script’ for some stupidly high reps

Bench press 92kg x 100, 92kg x 55, 92kg x 40, 77kg cg x 50, 50, 35.

Continuous circuit of: 27kg tri ext, 15kg plate hammer curl, face pulls, 30 reps per round, 5 rounds total.

Is it a ONE non stop set ??
