Golgi Tendon Tightness, Soreness. High FT, Dropping TT

Hey All new here and had some questions if others have experienced this.

On Cyp for about a year now. A couple months in, I noticed I was getting sore easily. I had stopped lifting due to this worsening. I’d wake up with Triceps blown up like I did logwork and weak grip like I had done heavy farmer carries the day prior. When in fact I did nothing for over a week+ Went to PT, stopped strongman (for fun not competition level) and have worked on my mobility.

Started at a bootcamp of high intensity but lower weights (still went to fatigue). By the end my golgi tendon organ would kick in and I’d be absurdly sore (barely able to walk after leg day or struggle to support my self up on arm / chest) 5 days later. I tried this for over a month and nothing got better.

I was told that some people experience super tight tendons while on T. Would this be causing this? I got 2 little kids and can’t be immobile for days after a tough work out. I’ve tried the kind that came from Walgreens and another from a compound pharmacy.

My DPT and Primary Doc thought Rhabdo for a bit, but my creatine levels are just slightly elevated and too prolonged to be that. I’m done with my Urologist who got me on T because, well he doesn’t care. Saw an Endocrinologist but she said all my docs are dumb, I need to get off Cyp and after 3 months she will do the test to see if it is pituitary involved. She refuses to see me again until I do that.

The other thing is for a year of these injections, while they keep lessening my Cyp, my FT keeps going up higher and higher. I have gone from 1 ml injection every 14 days (for 6 months) to .75 ml every 10 days for 4 months, and reduced recently to .5 ml every 10 days for the last month. My primary doc agreed to take over my T monitoring and said to move back to 1 ML every 14 as my FT keeps creeping up.

What would cause FT to keep going up as my TT drops? In the last year my TT went from 169 (before Cyp), 315, 588, 780, back down to 658 as of last week. Also, my hematocrit and hemoglobin keep creeping up as well.

Any help, advice, insights is appreciated!

Are you taking arimidex? or other E2 control?

I may have hit the wrong reply (so if this double posts, my apologies).

I was given a script for Arimidex and got it filled but my doc said it wasn’t necessary. Told to take 1mg ( 1 pill) every few days. Haven’t had it for a few months. No other E2 controls.

I’m on T because my mood, energy, drive, dropped significantly out of no where. Went to doc, they thought thyroid but that came back normal. TT came back low at 169. Went to Uro because the concern of prostate or testicular cancer came up. Both came back negative. Offered T injections but estrogen wasn’t really a concern or anything they focus on. While I did strongman for training for a while, never did injections previous to this.

So did you take it or not? The reason I ask is because some people are over responders. and low e2 causes thickening and pain in tendons.

I only took it for a while. Have not been on it for about 6 months with E2 level slowly dropping.

That’s interesting, no one had mentioned that and my Uro was so whatever about taking it. The AI" will drop your estrogren level, doesn’t really hurt or help"

Would any of this also be effecting the rise of FT and drop of TT? Or just another issue but unrelated?

Appreciate your insights!
