Just have to give props for posting a pick of my favourite band’s singer.
It’s not that bad. So he can’t go to graduation… whatever. He still gets his diploma. He gets expelled if he is “involved with alcohol or sex.” What are they gonna do, video tape him at the afterparty? He should go to that prom then wear the prom '09 shirt to school the next day.
it will probaly be for the better in the long run if stays away from that school lest his mind be forever forged by their backwards social views.
if he gets caught “doing the nasty” he wont just get expelled…his heathen soul will burn in hellfire for eternity - didnt you guys go to Sunday school?

If you are seriously suggesting that he actually be required to follow a contract of that nature through, I think you have a problem, mate.

Why? The kid signed a contract, now he’s got to honor it. That’s how these things work, unless he wants to claim that he was forced by his parents to sign it when he was under 18 and now he’s over 18 and wants to separate from the decision or something… then I think the situation is a little more muddled.
But if you sign up to go to a school like that, I think you know what you’re getting into. You sign up to go to a hyper-conservative Christian school, you have to play by their rules, unless you want to no longer go to that school.
I think the rules are kind of ridiculous, but it’s not a public school. I think they should have the right to enforce an agreement they made with a student and his parents, however ridiculous it may seem to me and you.

I don’t think the contract should have any bearing or significance in his life off the school’s campus or away from any of his school’s activities.
The public school should just take the kid in, as a giant “fuck you!” to these retarded fundamentalist assholes.
I don’t give a shit about this so-called “contract”. A person’s personal life is none of their school’s fucking business.
This just goes to show the true colours of the Christian Right (as if they were ever hidden). They hate freedom, plain and simple, and will use every power at their disposal to deprive others of theirs.

Kinda like joining the army and being mad when you have to go to war.[/quote]
It probably wasn’t a choice to go there, likely forced by parents.
Either way, doesn’t sound like “Christian” behaviour to me on the schools part.
Hmm… Handholding… I didnt see that forbidden anywhere in the bible… Kissing…Nope not that either… Rock and roll… Mostly Regarding The Sexual elements involved but harmless for the most part… Dancing… Are you kidding? I can definitely see grinding but…
