You might look and feel flat but to actually lose muscle you would need to be true 10%/ 220lbs or lower -so basically nothing to worry about.
Also just watching this lately -really good series for big guys to get weight right down, loads of good training ideas…

How many times in your life have you attempted some type of rapid fat loss diet and failed?
Me! I have.
But I’ve since learned through proper fasting that it’s relatively easy to lose at least 0.5lbs of fat a day. This makes ‘mini cutting’ quite achievable, with the bonus of cranked up GH and breaking of cravings, etc. No such benefits to low calorie diets spread over extended periods.
