What’s your thoughts on Loyd’s job? Ya think it’s on the bubble or not?
Lotsa folks in my neck of the woods want to see him gone, but I’m not sure. I’m just tired of the mediocrity. It seems at times that Loyd is too content on winning the Big Ten and doesn’t have a big enough hard on for the whole enchilada.

As for Lloyd…
The Man still has a 6-5 record against the Bucks, but these last few years have been pretty lean. My assumption is that with the recruits they have, along with the strong underclassmen, the outcome will be different next year, even though they’re going to play in the “shoe”…
I think if anyone should be let go it’s the defensive coordinator along with the special teams coach. They can’t blame lack of talent on the defensive side of the ball, when it came down to it, OSU just wanted it more and they took it. And I don’t give a rats ass what people say about the defence getting two big turnovers. Right place at the right time with proper excecution is all that was, nothing special in my mind. Leadership breeds success on the football field and I do not believe that Michigan’s defence stepped up to the challenge. However, removing the Defensive coordinator exclusively would be like trying to take George Washington’s face off of Mount Rushmore and replace it with Jimmy Carter’s… It just wouldn’t look right.
Removing Carr isn’t the answer, though.
Henne still doesn’t know the whole offence, and they (coaches) are making him crawl before he can walk. The whole offensive scheme is pretty complex but they are just giving him snippets to get him through a game. Any QB who has to wear TWO wristbands full of plays and formations is a QB who is still learning. His football aptitude is still a little sub-par. It sucks seeing him make poor decisions, especially this year, but I think as long as he’s learning his job things will be better next year.
I hate looking at the next 363 days wondering, hoping, wishing, praying… It sucks, but you gotta suffer through the bad to revel in the good, I suppose…
