I just did a search for this, and haven’t found much on the forums so I figured I’d ask.
What do you guys think of this? I just got a small sized pack of it (30 servings) and was wondering about the quality? Also, a serving size is 3 caplets, so would it be better to take them all at once? Or spread out through the day?
