GLP-1 Experience

I forgot to add that I had a doctor’s appointment this week. Labs came in pretty much perfect vs. a prior of high cholesterol and triglycerides. Blood pressure also normal vs. elevated. Funny how dropping 32 pounds helps.

Week 15 - I’m officially at 252 now. It’s been a good week despite the lower level of progress. I continue to feel great, and I have a sense of the fat loss continuing, which I can see as progress in both visceral and sub-Q fat. Also, I’m now a little more than 32 pounds into a 44–49-pound journey, so progress will likely be more in the one pound or less per week zone. Nothing special to report in terms of workout as travel remains heavy and will continue to do so for another 2 weeks. I’m basically holding where I’m at other than for body weight exercises, which are progressing. One other note, since moving to Texas, I’ve has significant allergies. Since embarking on this quest, I’ve noticed that I have very little allergy issues this season. I’m guessing that being lighter is less inflammatory than being heavier, hence the lesser allergy impact. Anyway, so far so good again.
