Language barrier, no worries. At least you’re not some fat sweaty dude impersonating a beautiful talented lifter on the internet for attention.
Your competition record is inspiring, I look forward to following your log. :)[/quote]
I think changing things up now and than is great for everybody. Although, I don’t think a few more reps make you grow so fast, it also has a lot to do with how much/what you eat. But higher rep ranges ussualy build more muscle. Of course you still have to be a bit of a lady, and not Arnold Schwarzenegger; )
About fighting, 1 year is close it seems. On the other side you train a lot and have a great strength base. Thatall helps tremendously!
I thought Prague was huge, at least that’s what they told me. My traveling partner said there is Prague 1,2,4,5,5,etc. Must have been wrong haha

Hi
It is about my genetics. Especial with my legs and squats… I have experiences with it and… I am afraid about it, so I have to change something else Maybe shorter pauses, or do one minute squats and second some cardio od shadow boxing?
Prague? Watch wikipedia Population about 1,2 mil. It is not so much
I heard turning up the density (like shortening the rest pauses) would be a great way to make your muscles grow. So I’m not sure if that’s smart for your goals.
Maybe do 5 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps, 1 rep with heavier weight every time. Or do a superset, like the odd minutes/even minutes mix squats with pull-ups, or deadlifts with presses. Be creative:)
Hahaha, you’re right, I should’ve looked it up.
I’m flirting with the idea of living a while in Prague when I finished my study. It was too awesome to not spend some more time there.
You think you can use some English teachers there (or something I could do without speaking Czech haha)?
Or maybe a Dutch teacher!? Or does nobody want to speak Dutch XD
Yesterday I had 4 phases. Morning barbell OTM (Jerk 90x3, squats 135x3, bench press 90x3…) than MMA full sparring 90 minutes. Afternoon stand up training (short video from boxing) and weightlifting (power snatch 75, CJ 90x2+1, deadlift 155 kg)
