Strength increases, though mild are a definite possibility and should lead to a degree of muscular development by warrant of stressing the muscles more intensely.

I have definitely noticed strength increases. nothing insane, but for example, when doing handstand pushups i would do 8 sets of ten. so 80 possible reps, only landed about 60ish when i started, i can now complete all 80. (with a slight struggle on last set or two) so nothing crazy, but definitely noticeable. I can’t wait though… soon enough i’m gonna throw in 1ml of GP andromix a day and watch the magic happen. ![]()
