I’ve been considering trying a somewhat low dose (100mcg) up to 3 times a day to increase my appetite. I wont go into much detail but lately for some reason I cannot get a healthy amount of calories in for the life of me. Well, at least not enough for the weight gain I want.
The only problem is possibly my age. I’m 19. I’m well aware of how dangerous it is to use AAS being young(something that I’m not considering), but I have yet to find any evidence that GHRP-6 will be harmful if taken before full maturity.
Is your inability to eat a gaining diet due to a health issue? If so, something like Chrohn’s will keep you from wanting to eat too much, and it’s a good idea, bc the more you eat with that, the more your gut gets scarred up.
If it is a health thing, and I think that it might be, bc you specifically said that you won’t go into details; you may want to think twice before eating a large calorie kind of diet.
I’m almost positive its not a health issue. While I’ve never been a big eater, I have been stressed l lately. With those two factors combined lately I haven’t broken 2000 calories per day in a couple months. If I really concentrate and focus on eating a lot, I can hit around 4000. That is completely dirty though.
I think I over exaggerated my inability to eat. It just takes a lot of effort, and I burn out quickly. I don’t like the idea of shortcuts, but food is definitely the thing holding me back.
