On Friday I was working on a friends car and when we were putting the diff back it fell off the jack and I failed to catch it with my left hand and my hand got fair squashed and now resembles a balloon, so wasn’t able to deadlift, hopefully it’s better before Wednesday so I can still bench and makeup the missed deadlift session.
