another thing to note im cutting a bit of weight which might explain the small drop in poundage for bench.

i do! mon-tues-thurs-fri usually around 6pm. the atmosphere is excellent and they have pretty much everything you could want equipment-wise. damn cheap, too.

some big dudes train there for sure.

nah man, monday is squat night for me. there’s usually a crew benching and a different crew log pressing in the power room. i lift alone. but if you want to come say hello i’d be glad to meet you. or if you want to squat!

this coming monday is a 10RM with the safety squat bar so, that could be fun.

Your shoulders are over the bar to much, when you get the bar to your shins your leaning forward instead of staying upright.

Other than the start and catch are pretty good.

so basically try to start sitting back in a squat?

Basically, I think this video will help. Notice when she gets the bar to mid-shin the bar is directly under the shoulders.

That’s the only that that isnt right, and you really just have to sit back a few more inches and youll be fine. You actually have pretty good form, nice job.
