Getting Ripped Abs and Fruit?

I eat 3-4 apples and 2-3 bananas per day and easily stay lean (6-8 pack)

As was mentioned earlier in this thread, all of the carbs in fruit are not sugar, and all of the sugar in fruit is far different than normal sugar or refined sugar. Fruits and their fiber have a far different impact blood sugar levels than other sources of sugar. Fruits are also a great source of antioxidants.

I do keep mine towards the mornings (usually don’t have any past 2PM) and sweet potatoes or butternut squash are the only other sources of carbs that I utilize (with occasional brown rice or beans).

Simply read the benefits of apples described below, including blood sugar regulation, and tell me why you wouldn’t include them in your diet:

If they cut out all other carbs and don’t eat any refined sugars, I bet they’d be OK…

But yes, someone who is obese might want to have a little less.
