This might be a silly question but I’d appreciate an answer. Along with taking 2,500mg of vitamin-c spread out through the day and forcing myself to actually eat greens… I would not mind adding in something else. I don’t want to take an OTC drug (plus I can’t afford it or proper bloodwork… my medical insurance sucks bad right now)
Zinc 30-100mg/day (I try to get 2-3mg dose of copper in mine)
Selenium 200mcg/day
Healthy Fats.
JLone, I may have worded it odd but I was mainly asking Musclemorse about his experience with calcium d glucerate. I do appreciate the response though and I had forgotten about Zinc (even though it is mentioned probably in every one of these threads).
And if that is what Musclemorse meant by puffy nipples it intrigues me further about calcium d glucerate. Is it really that powerful?

What is the upper limit to selenium? I think I eat about 400 micro grams a day but who knows if my food really contains the nutrients that fit day says it does.
is 200 mcg a standard amount that anyone can benefit from?
Office of Dietary Supplements:
the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences has set a tolerable upper intake level (UL) for selenium at 400 micrograms per day for adults
Most nutritional guru recommendations I see are for 100-200mcg/day
