If those are 1RMs, something doesn’t add up…

104kg at 5’10" and a legit 13-14% BF is absolutely huge. Even for someone who has done one cycle before. Either you’ve got some VERY fucked up genetics or something’s amiss…

Also, those BP cuffs. Don’t misconstrue this as interwebz medical advice (it’s not), but take those things with a grain of salt. There’s a whole ridiculous procedure for taking accurate BPs. If the cuff’s popping off, it’s almost certainly too small. I’m sure you can search it, but you can use to length and width of the bladder of the cuff to assess proper sizing. An 18" arm is almost definitely too large for a standard cuff, though. Small cuffs can give some ridiculous readings. I got something like 170/110 once because of an improperly sized cuff. The things also need to be calibrated regularly. I’ve seen guys that round BPs to the nearest 10mmHg, because the things are so notoriously inaccurate.

There’s a reason you need a bunch of consecutive high BP readings to be diagnosed as hypertensive.

I wouldn’t consider that huge by any means but those numbers do seem pretty low, but at the end of the day if youre a bber, numbers don’t mean all that much

yeah but to be fair he did say he’d only just tried powerlifting, so it could be he was just out of practice. I’ve not flat benched in years so I doubt I could even hit three plates if I were to try it in the gym tonight.

Not to speak on Kenny’s behalf or anything. Not seen him around the forum for a while; not sure he’ll be back to be honest.
