As others have said great work lifting and even better work as a friend regarding the kidney. I too have a bettter bench than the other two lifts mainly due to a bodybuilding background. I’m thinking about getting a Titan Fury for some extra shoulder support and for kicks as well. Let us know how you like the shirt.
Thanks DBlaser, I’m 100% convinced, If I would of been lifting like a powelifter first, I’d of been better as a bodybuilder. Too much time wasted with high rep, low weight.
Agreed, but on the plus side the bodybuilding prepared you to get where your at now without inflicting too much damage on your body and your numbers are super impressive as is the amount of volume your able to handle. Good Work.
Thanks man. I like volumn, it is a carryover from the bodybuilding for sure.
Fri. night ME lower body. SSB squats, 135x8, 185x8, 225x6, 275x4, 315x4, 315x3x2 Hate these things cus I suck at em.

GHR 3x10
I figure lower body is going to suffer for a short bit, due to the running from softball…should help in the long run thou. Front of my quads, and hip flexors screamin wendesday, but felt good tonight.
great work bro, Im a volume whore myself, loving the CGBP work.
I just started my new softball season about a month ago, its weird I put my body through a pounding in the gym, and never feel as sore as I do as when I play softball
Thanks Matty. I been feeling like a wuss over this softball thing. The gym is one thing, after a couple of softball games, I feel like I’ve had my arse wupped.

If you hit the ball over the fence you don’t have to run. Hell in some leagues you don’t even have to round the bases at all.

That was the plan, but I am pulling off the ball or something. Their pitcher was pitching me outside, and I pull the ball. If you held a gun to my head it’s a 50-50 chance of me getting it to right field. Usually I figure out what’s not working right on the fly, but last night I stunk.
Never gave you props on that last meet…so PROPS to you, good job, and looks as though you are right back at it. Strong lifting in here for sure.
Thanks Led. It’s funny how lifting a weight now, that a year ago would of had you jumpin for joy, just pisses ya off.
Had a light breakfast then no food for the rest of the day. Colonoscopy scheduled Thurs. morning, fun times.
Wendsday morning got a lower body workout in. Back not right.

I am convinced this back thing is my matress. My back is always better the day after squats or pulls…If I lay around a day, it hurts. Time for a new matress, I think.

No, I was in the monolift. I had the chains but, they are a little long. The way I felt by the time I got home…I lifted plenty.
We are all pulling for you this weekend, best of luck!
