Getting Nolva Side-Effects 1 Week Into PCT, What Do I Do?

Hey T-Nation, looking for some advice.

I have unfortunately hit the nightmare cycle and PCT.

After lots of research and hype for my first cycle, I started a Test-E only 250mg/w cycle.
My plan was to run this cycle for 16 weeks to then do a PCT of 4 weeks into a trip out of the country.

However, two things happened towards the end of split:

  1. I started developing gyno even when I was taking an AI (Adex) every other day.
  2. I got the news that I need to go on another trip out of the country already in november lasting atleast 2 weeks, which set me in panic mode because I need to finish my PCT before that because I barely got time to do a PCT for the other trip.

So after 11 weeks of my cycle I stopped completely, started taking nolva 10mg/day before my PCT began because I wanted to start helping the gyno early, and it kinda helped but not entirely.

Anyway, 2 weeks after my last pin I increased the nolva to 20mg/day and did so for about a week, when I started noticing changes to my vision:

  1. I noticed some more eye floaters than previously, nothing crazy but just some more obvious ones
  2. My vision on my left eye has gotten worse than before (I wear contacts) and its a bit foggy.

So now I am in panic mode 2.0, I told myself I rather get gyno and low T than worsen the eye vision even further so now I have halted all my takings of Nolva, but now I am really worried that everything is getting fucked up.

My trip in november is very career changing and I need to be functional, I heard people get completely depressed and lethargic without a PCT so I’m not sure what to do right now.

I kinda realized that I set myself in a very bad position and I’m not sure how to tackle it, from the options I see I have are:

  1. Just hold on and try handle it the best I can
  2. Get help from real doctors, but I’m afraid this might go in my journal and fuck me up for life.
  3. Try get help with TRT through a clinic now, but I’m not sure what they would say about my values looking all messed up, I feel it kind of would be obvious I have been on a cycle due to LH values and so forth so idk what I should do.

Appreciate all help!

Yeah this is a common side effect of SERMs. But you got it very quickly it seems. I would try using HCG maybe instead. It’s not a perfect PCT drug, but it’s better than going cold turkey.
