Getting Massive, Help Appreciated

Think I need to change the title to this training log haha.

Todays training

2 mile run with 45lbs in a daysack and boots. Kept it at a steady pace.

Wednesday - 60ft free climb using knotted rope.

Today - 3 mile run, along route 4 stations, 10 down to 1 2 exercises, each station different
class. Upperbody, abs, legs, upperbody.
