Well guys first Id like to say thanks for all the great info on this forum. This is my first post but Ive been reading a lot of good info here for about the last week or so. Start off with a bit of history first.

Im 33 years old, 72" Tall and currently 197.6 lbs. Guessing around 20% BF. I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps from 97-05. Needless to say I was in extremely good shape and lifted religously. At that time I had an extremely difficult time gaining weight. On average I was around 177-183 lbs. Since then Ive gotten married, and gone to work.

For the past 3-4 years Ive excersized rarely, smoked 2 packs a day, drank beer, and eaten fast food WAYYY to much. Im out of town quite a bit, and a supervisor in the construction industry. Up until last week, ive been extremely tired all the time and my physical condition sucked. I got fed up completely and decided to get back into the shape I used to be in…and better.

Last Sunday, 03-31-2013, was the day the new leaf started. No smoking, soda, junk food, fried food, or drinking. Eaten healthy and began GSP’s Rush Fit Program last Monday. When I started I weighed in @ 204.4 lbs. Ill give you a run down of my weights each day.

Monday - 204.4 lbs
Tuesday - 203 lbs
Wednesday - 200.4 lbs
Thursday - 200.8 lbs
Friday - 200.00 lbs
Saturday - 198.8 lbs
Sunday (Today) - 197.6 lbs

My diet has been comprised of the following:

Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 3 Pieces Lean Turkey (sandwich type) Protein Powder, 2 Oxy Elite Pro Pill, 1
Multi Vit, 1 Fish Oil Pill, 2 cups Orange Juice
Smack - Protein Shake, Fruit (ie banana, or orange
Lunch - 8 oz Lean Chicken Breast , 2 Cups Veggie Lovers Salad, 1 Oxy Elit Pro pill,
Snack - Protein Shake, Fruit (Banana, Orange)
Work Out - Rush Fit
Dinner - 8 oz Lean Cut Steak, 2 Cups Brown Rice or 2 Cups Roasted Red Potatos with Green
Beans. Protein Shake, 2 cups of Pernelli Sparkling water with Cranberry Juice.

LOTS OF WATER !!!

Diet seems low on calories but Im NOT getting hungry during the day and the meals at this time are satisfying. And I feel 150% BETTER!!!

1465 Calories
107 Carbs
183 Protein
79 Fat
23% Carbs
38% Fat
39% Protein

My goal is to get LEAN, and BF down to the 10%-15% Range. A lean weight for me is around 180-185lbs.

At that point Im going to be concentrating on putting on uping my diet and hitting the gym HARD!! Looking to be 200-215lbs of lean muscle mass around 7-10% BF. I currently have a cycle or Test E and Tren. I do not intend to do this for quite awhile but when I do my 1st cycle will look like this:

Wk 1-10 : Test E E3D 250mg
Wk 1-12 : Adex EOD .25mg (Reduce to .125mg EOD for last week)

PCT
Wk 13 : Nolva 20mg 2x/D or Clomid 50mg 2x/D
Wk 14-16 : Nolva 20mg/D or Clomid 25mg/D

I will have Nolva, HCG, and Caber onhand during cycle

My 2nd cycle will be comprised of Test E, Tren, and possibly (Wk 1-4) Dbol.

Overall what do you guys think? Thanks in advance for the critiques and ideas.

I understand your impatience man, I really do. However, you just got back on the right track 7 days ago. And from the sound of it, you’re already making solid progress. Why not just keep that up until you absolutely can’t make any more progress…then approach the subject of gear? Just my 2 cents. Good luck with whatever path you choose.

Thanks for the constructive opinion bud. Apparently there are a couple of people here that are capable of making a post without being an arrogant ass.

My original post was more about the diet plan (ie % of carbs, protein, calories , and fat), and how it looked for losing fat while maintaining the muscle. I did state that I wasn’t going to start the “Cycle For Quite Awhile”. Honestly, wasn’t going to start it until maybe the first of the year or so. It just so happens that this post went more to the “Steroid” topic than the “Getting Lean” topic. Seems like everyone here likes to post on that as opposed to the other.

Your probably right, I should have just left that out of the original topic, but curiosity got the better of me.

Thanks again.

Yea, not sure why the negative attitudes are necessary.

Anyway, just looking at your calories (or lack there of) makes me want to pass out lol. But, I’d its working for you…all that matters.

At what point are you planning on bumping up the calories to gain some lean mass?

Lol!

I was just looking to shed a bit of fat before upping the calories. Right now Im @ 198 lb. Originally was gonna try and get down to around 185 or do before upping the calories for the lean mass. Starting from a “lean” square one if you know what I mean. Probably gonna get down to 190 or so, and then up them. My BMR is about 2400 calories a day or so, and for the past week Ive been eating a “clean” 1500-1600 or so. What kind of Protein / Fat / Calories / Carbs ratio do you suggest for putting on lean mass?

Good deal man. Thanks for the advice!

Hi,
I really don’t want to open up a can of worms but the OP posted something that really piqued my curiousity.

This is all going to be hypothetical.

Let’s say I’m training hard for 5 years and it takes me that long to reach my genetic potential. The recommendation is to take AAS to surpass your genetic potential and take you to the next level. That is very reasonable and great advice.

Here’s the question. What if that person took AAS in his first year. Wouldn’t that jump him from year one to year two or three in training within that 12 weeks AAS cycle? Wouldn’t he have a jump start and hit the 5 year genetic point sooner?

Thanks for listening

In my mind it would, but, by waiting “X” of years you get to concentrate on your nutrition, diet, work outs and learn your body. As opposed to knowing nothing about anything and just get a wild hair up your ass to start slammin juice and hurting yourself. In my mind the “X” number of years before you start AAS is to make it a lifestyle, and ensure its not just a passing “get into summer shape” fancy.

Most the guys on this board have dedicated many years to this lifestyle and take it very serously “before” they jump into AAS. If you dont have the dedication and dicipline the nutrition / work out, then AAS are not going to do you any good and will be more to yur detriment than anything.

I believe the “X” years wait is more to ensure a dedicated lifestyle thing than it is a set deal. Theres more knowledgable people on this than me hear and im sure they’ll chime in. Hopefully attitude free.

Got it.

Thanks for the explanation. It’s more of a mind/lifestyle change versus just body.

Like I said, thats my take on it.

I can see where a lot of guys here put in a lot of hard work before they went to AAS, and even some that continue to train hard withput it, get a bit pissed off by someone who thinks they can just jump right in and start the AAS’s, and acheive what they have. I’d venture to say they consider it disrespectful to think that you can achieve what they have without putting in an equal amount of dedication and dicipline. Like I said before, its a way of living, not just a hobby. So, rightfully so, they dont take kindly to a first timer, with no experience jumping right into the AAS. Its not a shortcut, but a means to break through a barrier that cant be acheived naturally.

Thats why I think they say wait “X” years before doing them. Then again, I may be way off in my thinking and will be corrected shortly…lol

I agree with your view on the matter. I’m only 24, but I’ve only been cycling for about 18 months on and off. And only two cycle were full out completed bc of external factors.

However, I started lifting when I was 17 and put on a majority of size (125-180) before ever touching even creatine lol.
