Don’t worry. As the blood coming from your urethra gets darker, that means the kidneys are simply pushing it out to make room for fresher blood!

Pancreatic cancer be damned, there’s one health benefit to it. Just like bleeding out with leeches, only less costly/more time efficient.

Almost puked, still lightheaded; this is going to do wonders for my squat. Xanax be damned I murdered this workout. I feel a lot better mentally, to be honest.

17,000 pounds of volume done today, more than I’ve done in forever. Felt great and was in and out in under an hour.

Did you find that it helped you grind through high-rep squat sets any better?

Also, I found a way to make my own safety bar, which is cool.

  • uses lifting straps that you pull on to reinforce the positioning of the “SSB”

I’ll have to try this next week. Squats were brutal but awesome today.

Hard to say really. I think it’s helped with expectation setting/management for my 1 big dropset I do each week, because I’ll be crossing streams on weights/reps with my other squat workout and they build on each other.

Strap bar isn’t bad for buggy shoulders. It lacks the camber of an SSB, so you don’t get the upperback effect, but still saves your shoulders some.

If you’re not afraid of looking REAL stupid, you could always try squatting while wearing a neck harness. Then you have to fight falling forward. Thankfully, I can demonstrate exactly that for you

if you commit suicide you will miss a lot of training and potential prs. you might also miss to get to know some girls. even if it is dark one day, the next day might be brighter, give it one more day. in the darkest moment, before you do something final, at least try and beat your push up pr. i have looked into the abyss and been close to death many times and physical training and the desire to meet a girl and fuck her is what kept me alive. the cause for my misery might not be the same as your, the remedy however, might be. take care @liftangryordie500 and best wishes.

Alright, over the last two days I took 6 mg Xanax, whatever dose of Zoloft I’ve been prescribed, 20 mg Adderall, and smoked a lot of weed along with drinking a lot of coffee. Also took a laxative because I ate like dogshit (oatmeal raisin cookies, sandwiches, etc.) and anticipated the constipation. I don’t like stimulant laxatives. They’re much too hard on my digestive system. But, some things I noticed:

  1. I blacked out two days ago on Xanax, fun times. Don’t remember shit. It also constipates the hell out of me. I’m gonna get off it soon, though.

  2. Adderall and coffee is THE SHIT. Oh my god. I have never had energy like that in my whole life.

  3. I feel mentally more okay than I have in a long time. I’ll credit the Zoloft for doing its job. Only sides I’m noticing is a mild headache/mental fogginess. Adderall takes that away for sure, though.

Had way more for that topset, but my gut was fucked at that point, so I capped it. Had the energy for a PR and felt like I wanted to run and go wild. Antidepressants and Xanax probably sap my energy too.

But god almighty, that Adderall and Coffee makes me feel awesome. @T3hPwnisher you said you were a fan of uppers. You ever try them before a comp? Holy shit.
