pharma grade test enanthate is available @250mg/ml. stana caps @2 mg/ cap are also available. deca and npp also

rest is all ugl only.

primo and anavar wil be a very expensive stack to run, leaving me less for actual food !!
how about 250 mg of test enanthate per week with 250 mg of masteron enanthate ?? and after 8 weeks, 10 days of anavar at 50 mg /day and 6 days of water & carb load/ deload??

or testosterone @500 per week, with 100 mg of some other compound in enanthate ??
with last 10 days of an oral?

i don’t want to run an oral for 8 weeks straight.

250 test/250 mast would be fine.
An oral for 4-6 weeks should be fine,
Why do you want to only do 10 days for an oral?

if i drop down to a low fat level, then get a few pictures taken, oral for some hardness!!

At your current body fat you’d be wasting money on an oral for cutting. Just take Test and eat clean. I did winstrol with a much lower body fat than you and still didn’t get much out of it because I wasn’t lean enough. Until you get your diet in check just take Testosterone.

This is something very idiotic and absurd, about the ethicacy and morality of steroids.

Just completely ignore that crap and dont even bother to argue. Dont spend your mental energy in vain.

The only problem with steroids are their implications on health and their side effects. Point, blank, period.

So I start my cycle today
9 weeks
Test enanthate 250 mg every third day
40 mg anavar each day for last 25 days

Today’s measurements
Weight 95.4
Chest 44
Waist 40
Thigh
right 26
left 25.5
Calves 16.5 each
Upper arm
right 14 extended 16 flexed
Left 14.5 extended 16 flexed
All measurements without pump

For the first 5 weeks I am planning to eat 2400 cals with 220 gms protein
Last 4 weeks I’ll drop down to 1800 or maybe 1500 calories

Upper lower alternate workouts , 3 each( high volume with heavy weights, to the best of my ability*) + 1 cardio session a week (60 mins jogging walking jogging again )

Aside from the obvious fat levels, are there any glaring weak points I could probably bring up to speed?

Maybe 20 everyday (staggered throughout the day) , other than the ones in upper pull day,…

I do them even when not programmed at like 30 or 50 depending on the day.

Do you feel pull ups in your lats? If not pulldowns might be better. Initiate the movement from your scapulae, not the bar. Don’t worry about how much weight you use, go by whether you feel it in your lats.

Since I am working out at home, all gyms here are still closed, I can only do them with bands, will it work the same?

I do 2 sets of weighted close grip chinups (focusing on lats not bicep), 2 sets of body weight wide grip pullups and 3 sets of alternating high pulley rows (all on back day) once a week and mine got wider than anything else I did before. I guess you just have to play around and figure out what works. It would seem like doing them every day would be overkill but I personally don’t know jack shit so…

If I were you (and I was not too terribly long ago) I’d focus on dropping the fat as top priority. You’d be amazed how much better you look with less muscle and less fat than more muscle but not any leaner than you currently are.

fatboi, I’ve never really tried band pulldowns. I guess you will have to give it a try.

In your situation I would also add dumbbell pullovers Maybe try supersetting them with pulldowns or chins.

Not so much, but back is a strong point for me, and it seems to work. I feel more lat on a lat pulldown, and I do those too.

This is very much true. I looked far better at 170 than at 225. I’m hoping that I am the same leanness at 190 as 170 once I get there. I am at 205 ATM. Should be looking really good if I can get there.

And do something about it?
