Back went briefly out, I’m on a brace again mainly when riding a bike. Its starting to feel better again.
PT told me to add one thing at a time instead of trying to do it all. Elbow was at me where I had that hairline fracture too. So for the next couple of weeks, cycling only. Then will add in core work, then some yoga & then dancing. And then after incorporating those without any irritations can I pick up a kettlebell. Teeny-tiny baby-steps

Anyway last two workouts I did early last week:
Core stability: Plank
Dynamic Stability: KB around the world
Lower body power: jumps
Squat: Hipthrust w. booty band
Push: KB OH
Pulls: Band tri pull downs
Single leg: Reverse lunge
Metabolic: KB Swings

It’s been too hard to update this log, limiting the time I spend on the internet. But we’ve been cycling a lot and we even went back to swimming in the sea. The first time in a few weeks ago felt like it’s been the hole in my life. We go for a long cycle, sometimes getting groceries in between then we go for a swim.

I’ve been getting not-so-subtle hints that we need to go back to hiking soon. Not sure if I’m ready after the last fiasco.

Still in pain, need an actual physical therapist, one that actually physically helps me. This virtual nonsense has not helped.
