I found out it must only be carbonated/caffeinated drinks… either or but when I have them I get reflux I had a “preworkout hotdog” something with calories by a shop next to my gym because I felt a little hungry and did not get any reflux so wheat from the bread and saturated fats don’t seem to be an issue… had milk yesterday about a pint and nothing usually I can open my mouth as people would do burping and you can hear my reflux if you’re close p.s. I can’t burp, sucks because I have been hooked on diet coke, Pepsi max, diet lemonade all my life so It’s like quitting smoking, Just been drinking squash and water the fact that I have drunk it from a younger age may explain why I am one bad at long distance running (reflux interferes with breathing which having it for such a long time felt the norm) and 2 I’ve had bloated abs but as I said I don’t think it is only the bloat… thanks guys
I’ve been having ACV and Greek Yoghurt + fibre supps for weeks now and have not seen any improvement just the Acid Reflux has gone but not the bloat (Can not be water retention as I have had for years).
It’s not going to be an over night things. But the reflux fading out obviously mean what you’ve been doing is working!
How does your carb intake look?

Thats a hefty amount, and in my opinion might be the cause of a good amount of the bloating. try cutting back to like 200-250 and see how you feel.
Personally, carbs bloat the shit out of me and make me feel generally unwell. By those i mean grains, bread, etc.
I’ve helped several people with this exact problem. It seems that it amounts to not having the proper probiotics in your stomach. Find a high quality probiotic and use it regularly. In a few weeks you should feel much better.
By the way sometimes (not always) this problem occurs because the person was on a strong antibiotic, or on antibiotics for a prolonged period of time.
It certainly is worth a try. I would much rather take a probiotic than meds the rest of my life.

Not sure if I can say this as it usually is deleted but I use one from Bulk Powders (won’t say exactly which because it gets deleted) what probiotic would you reccomend?, my Fibre powders says it has Pre Biotics and Pro Biotics but It’s fairly vague so I don’t know if I’m getting enough
