I have two more workouts left in the base cycle and then I get to rest up a bit and test out my new maxes! I think the toughest workouts are behind me (maybe I’m in denial).
The last two were brutal. Repping 7-9 on weights that I’d typically just go for 3 or whatever was seriously face-explodey, ha.

I love the whole program though. It’s crazy how strong you get so quickly. AND THE BENCHING! My god, benching has never felt so easy in my entire life.

Stick with it, it’s an awesome thing!

i had to end the base meso for squats. My form was gone, i was goodmorning the weight up every rep and this was on the first week. I figured it wasnt worth the injury this early. i will continue the benching though.

thanks. i know i couldnt do this a couple weeks ago smolov really works. i dont really time my rest ill try to this week

worked up to 285x15(They were more like breathing deadlifts but w/e. estimated 1rm of 427 lolol. will post vid once it uploads)

whats weird is i didnt do anything it just felt lite so i kept on pulling. but i feel like death rite now lol.
