Thanks for the input! I know your question was retorical, but were I to reach my genetic mass limit and know it, I would move my goals to other areas of fitness while maintaining mass or fine tunning distribution.
I agree my chest could use some size. You should see how it was a few years ago! I’ve actually gained a lot of chest size, in comparison. Did I post a picture of my legs? I think they are my best body part, but I love to work legs so I will certainly keep working on them.
I almost forgot! I would also like to get taller. Yeah so if I could max out on mass, then I can work on getting taller.
Man, me too. LMK how that works out!
Not directly, that comment was based off of the one pic you posted.
Well, let me tell you, in the right light, and from the right angle, my legs look great. And they are very strong compared to most children and marathon runners. The whole child too, not just the child’s leg.
Since the bodybuilding halcyon days have passed, you don’t see so many newbs wanting to be 250lbs and 4% bodyfat.
22 years old, 145lbs, been training 12 weeks have not added a pound to any lift. My goal is to be 250lbs and 5% bodyfat by summer. Going to do FST7 and eat 15,000 calories over 10 meals per day. Can I replace glute work with forearms as I already have great glutes?
When I started training, I genuinely believed I would look like Chris Benoit within 3 months ![]()
Now you look better than he does
Brutal.
