I looked at your failed lift vids, I have a few suggestions if you are open to them.

I know the vids are max attempts so not the best to judge but the same is present on the warm up set so it may be good work on…

In the vids you kick your legs and arse back in order to create a bit of a jump start. I think that is taking the tension from your lats and putting it on your arms and smaller upper back muscles. Try keeping your legs forward by tensing your abs, so no arch in spine. This will put your lats into a stronger position.

Practice getting really comfortable in the hang with weight added, as soon as your feet come off the floor you are pulling straight away whilst the weight is moving. Step off, hang for a few seconds, grip the plates with your knees and keep them gripped (this will make it more likely you will not kick your legs back too) until all is steady, then concentrate on initiating with your lats and not your arms. You will need to lower weight a fair bit at the start in order to achieve this.

Just an idea. I think your arms are strong enough it’s the lats not involved enough. If you look at the vids your arm joint hits 90 deg but your upper arm is way off your midsection, that’s the lats job.

Thanks for the critique, i dont intentionally kick to aid the movement, its a habit that happens due to not locking my legs. but the kipping does happen at heavy reps.

i’ll try to drill keeping the body still for a few sessions. see how it goes!

Obviously having 60+kg on and getting moving is not an easy feat so impressive to even be coming close! Good work.

Next time you are doing some body weight ones just have a play doing a nice smooth rep with legs behind and back arched then do one legs forward with knees up and just feel the added lat tension.
