For some reason Fable beer makes your weight go up and your purity level go down.
Who’da thunk it!

For the record, Hulk is better on Blue Ray than it was at the theater.
I agree but was a little disappointed with the special Features.
I don’t know, they cut out some interesting scenes. Usually, when you watch the deleted scenes, you can see WHY they were deleted. Some of these would have deepened the character that Norton was acting out.
Cut out scene about the Super Soldier serum and what stopped its use:
Blonsky: You said that (Banner) wasn’t working on weapons, right?
Ross: No.
Blonsky: But you were, weren’t you? You were trying other things.
Ross: One serum we developed was very promising. But it didn’t pan out…or, it did, but it was unstable. It made subjects unstable. We were refining it, but then…Al-Haqeed happened. All those pictures at the hearings, Congress lost its nerve and they killed it.
The cut out scene between Sampson and Banner could have stayed in but it would have changed the feel of the movie. Sampson was clearly meant to play a bigger role but I guess they went for more action and less heart.
Well the one thing that disappointed me was that I had heard that when Hulk came out on DVD, they were planning on putting many of the deleted scenes back into the movie for more of an extended, directors cut version. It really sounds like that should have happened here. Maybe they were just saying this to appease Norton at the time. I don’t know.
Of course, this may just mean they release an extended cut a few months down the line to get us to all buy it again, which I would.

Ponce, I have no idea since I’ve only played FarCry (the first one) I think there might be aliens in Crysis but I’ve made a point of not knowing details. I think Crysis is more demanding than FarCry2 but just based on what others have said.
I really don’t mind if they’re very similar because I liked FarCry so much. I suspect they are ![]()
I just slipped the Crysis disk in …I might disappear for a couple of days ;)
Played FC2 for an hour or two last night, and it’s amazing! Definitely better than crysis, and it runs great. Online play should be fun as well.

So you’re saying it’s not realistic then. ![]()
Fallout 3 on Tuesday. This is the reason I have not picked up a game since TFU. Man I can;'t wait!!
Super long games suck. I have a life, after all. 10-15 hours if fine with me.

I agree. I just got in an argument with someone here at work about the Fable games being too short. Maybe he has time to play a game that takes 30-40 hours to beat. I think sometimes it’s nice that I can start playing a game knowing in advance that it’s not going to take me 2-3 months to finally get through it.
I don’t mind a long game every now and then though.

Final Fantasy 7 took me 70+ hrs to beat. Granted I made a point of getting all the materia and ultimate weapons, haha :).
Persona III…logged 60 hours in it (trained a LOT between full moons…made the boss battles a non-issue) and still have an in-game month left.
I love long games as long as the time you spend in it shows, i.e. you get stronger, can do cooler shit.
Got the Red Ring of Death on my 360 last week…you better believe I have my work order in with Microsoft and they’re sending me a new one. Can’t wait to get Fable II!
FFXII - 132 hours

Welcome to the RROD club, TKD. I just sent my 360 off to Microsoft last week. I received word that it arrived to their Texas location Monday, so here’s hoping I get a speedy return.
Do you compete in TKD, by the way? If so, start posting in the Combat Sports forum.
