They should make Jaden a clone of Will in the movie. That would be cool.
Did you see that picture. Like going back in time.
Yep. I’d much rather they do something other than the father and son thing. Hopefully, either clones or Jaden playing a younger version of Will.
Do you know what the movie is about? Who is producing it?

Nope. The title sounds familiar, but really that link you posted was the first time I’d read of it. It’s a safe bet that After Earth alludes to the human race relocating to another planet.

I read on Wiki (I know I never quote from there but…) Will and baby Will crash land on Earth a 1000 years after Earth has been uninhabited by men and Will is hurt.

Jaden looks almost identical to will circa his early rap/fresh prince days. I mean I know kids look like their dads a lot, but damn.
Ears and everything. It’s like he got reincarnated.

I use Wiki for rough details. Never for movies, though - just in threads to give general info. I hope it isn’t Earth because from what I’ve read on IMDB whatever neckbeard asshole submitted that info has ruined the twist (if there is one).
It’s futile even trying to protect people from it. The twist has already been done in the original POTA. I hope M.Night has something far more original in store than that…
I will see this. I like Will Smith. But his son always gets on my nerves. I felt like punching the screen during the scenes with Jaden in the remake of The day The earth Stood Still.
You Jelly? I just got my new bottle opener yesterday when I picked up my weekly comic subscription. Also thinking of getting this shirt 604republic.com - contact with domain owner | Epik.com who watches the imperial empire? Anyone picking up the After Watchmen books from DC?

And don’t get me started with The Karate Kid…
0_0 I feel the same way. I dont know what it is, Will is one of my favorite actors since BelAir. But for some reason his kid just comes of as a cocky smart as little fucker.
Not sure if anyone cares but I just picked up the new twisted metal for PS3. It’s quite enjoyable, has a lot of the flair of the old games on playstation. One I’m not a fan of are there not being a lot of the old cast as playable characters. It is awesome to be able to play online though. All and all pleased with the game, it’s a fun time suck to waste some time where you don’t really have to play much to be decent enough to play online.
Graphics and game play are great, story lines are interesting if playing story mode. Controls are a bit rough, they stuck with the original twisted metal controls (gas is square, break is X) whereas most driving games now seem to use X as gas and square as break so that throws me for a loop on occasion.
Looking forward to SSX for PS3 coming out Feb 28th. Two of my favorite games on the original PS in the same month makes me quite happy.

I had my reservations about it until the latest previews came out; seeing people say that it has turned out to be BETTER than SSX Tricky is high praise, best snowboarding game ever.
I have seen a lot of people miffed about the lack of splitscreen, but to me personally that’s not going to be an issue, so I’m pretty much just on board for all the awesome shit they’ve put in.
