anyone on mw3 for ps3? thoughts?

IMO its not much different from Mw2… biggest difference u level up guns now to get attachments… new perks… new deathstreaks… new killstreaks… graphics are tightened up a bit, gameplay is the same…
I beat the campaign last night, which I must say was better than MW2. I really enjoyed the story and game play.

I only do a little online.

And here i thought i would be the only one person on earth who enjoyed more single player than multi-player(including in FPS)

Elder Scrolls Skyrim: Fuck you guys, I’ve given up on all forms of gaming and I’ve turn my back on all people. I am now Oz, the Level 5 Orc. See you guys when I’m level 50.

Anyone spend money upgrading their PC for Skyrim?

I just got my nVidia 570 oc’d in today and my new monitor should be here tomorrow.
Dont think i would need to upgrade my pc for it, but either way im getting it for ps3 because…well because 51" plasma, thats why.
Touche, lol. I just don’t get the immersive feeling on a console that I do on a pc. Plus, this game will have some great mods in the near future which extends playtime greatly IMO.
See im the opposite, for some reason playing on a dedicated gaming system like ps3 seems more immersive to me. Also, my laptop sits right behind me when i play my ps3, and for games like Skyrim i like being able to turn around and look things up for questing/finding gear/general information while i play without having to be minimizing the game all the time.
That’s why you have a PC with multiple monitors
Im a laptop guy, having multiple monitors would kind of take away from that versatility i so enjoy.
Do you game from your couch with that laptop or is it usually in a stable position? If it’s on a desk hook it up to dual monitors. Makes a world of difference, even if you’re not playing games. I use 2 24 inch monitors at home and 3 19 inches at work.

In a couple of hours i’ll be home from uni and play the shit out of skyrim.

does the split in the screens not bother you?

Picked up Skyrim at midnight, played for about 2 hours before i went to bed and im hooked. Sadly, im going to San Diego in about 2 hours and wont be able to play it til next thursday night.

Seems awesome so far.

I’m picking up Skyrim after work tonight. Goodbye social life.

If you haven’t fought a dragon yet, be smart. That fire HURTS! I barely survived. Then I got killed by a Mage in a dungeon later. Whore.

I’ve become a video game pessimist over the years playing (since 92). I thought this was gonna suck. The moment they I killed my first human, I was hooked. Game is beautiful on XBOX, the fighting system is better than ever, and the interface is easier to use than ever before. Its great.

Fuck Modern Warface, buy Skyrim. That game could last you for years.

Oz the Orc. Level 5 warriors. I’m focusing in 2 handed weapons. Specifically the Steel Longsword. I’ve ran my sword through 3 mages, so far. Literally. I ran it through their chest and then dropped them to the ground.

I’ve also been crushed by a giant. Balls.

About to leave work to pick it up on PSN>Xbox. Lonely weekend playing in store for me, bed sores on the ass here we come. Which is great after the leg day I had today.

Skyrim is incredible. With everything on ultra and the draw distance maxed out, it’s incredible how much detail you can see from a long distance off, like on the top of a mountain looking down on a river. I went with an Orc like wol too.

Okay I’m sold on skrim- only question is do I buy a 360 AND a TV OR do I buy a new PC.

Decisions, decisions. I say buy a TV because I’ve done enough build my own systems in my life and I’m not really in the mood to build my own at this time.

Yeah man. If it takes the fun out of it, just go with a new tv.

ROFL
