I’ve been pretty excited about this one since I saw the first trailer.
Been playing a couple of hours on my pc. Really like it so far. “Borrowed” a torrent of it. Will probably buy it for my son for the PS3 tomorrow.
Let me know how it is on PS3, seriously need to get this game
I just beat the game on ps3 and have started my 2nd play through. I will say it seems a little short on gameplay hours and the stealth is kind of hard to perfect. Its a good game but you may be playing through multiple times to try and get the different endings with the chaos system which i truly figured out in the last few missions
Thanks for this. I wasn’t sure whether to get this on PC or Ps3. I usually like long gameplays but this game will be perfect for the short time I currently reserve for video games.
Depending on which style of play you prefer it could be VERY short. I always prefer the stealth aspect, but if you go balls to the wall hacking and shooting all that move you could be done in as little as a day or so.
What interests me is replay

I was really looking forward to this game, but it just didn’t do it for me. I couldn’t get into it. I thought it would have been better if the gameplay was more in line with Assassins Creed or even Zelda/Darksiders. Two way different styles I know, but I think it would have been much better. With the emphasis on stealth it could have been way better if it was like Metal Gear Solid as well.

The new Medal of Honor looks good though. I hope it’s better than the last one.

It does have good replay value. Anyone on here play arkane studios Theif: deadly shadows? Dishonored reminds me so much of their earlier games which im of the opinion they should make another in the theif series

Pwefect.

Has anyone here watched " Avatar:The last airbender" and “Thelegend of Korra” cartoons? I recently watched all the toons and then the movie. The movie sucked shit. It was basically snippets from the cartoon badly put together.

This seemed like the best thread to post it in.

Thoughts?

Just wait until PX sees this, there will probably be four more pages by tonight.

I haven’t watched Korra yet, I was afraid it’d suck. The movie was ass… it’s what happens you try to use white asians.

That movie was an insult…to insulting movies. Blue eyed pale eskimos made me wince. M. Night shamsham needs his ass whooped for destroying what was an epic cartoon.

I haven’t seen Korra yet and will probably wait until dvd. That is how I first saw avatar anyway.

Warner Bros. are to throw down the gauntlet to Marvel by releasing a Justice League movie in 2015 - the same year as Avengers 2 is released:

http://collider.com/justice-league-movie-release-date-2015/204486/

Doesn’t sound like a wise move, not with Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel apparently being a stand alone franchise. They’re allowing very little time for the new Superman to breathe - and they’re planning to do the opposite of Marvel’s approach and deliver the team-up movie first, then solo movies afterwards.

The New Medal of Honor, looks awful, no offense to you. I played the multiplayer beta and it was awful. The game gets hyped up, but it is a mediocre Battlefield at best.

Iron Man 3 teaser trailer…

When I see Iron Man in this much trouble now I just think “Dude! Call The Hulk or Cap or Thor or something!”

Full Iron Man 3 trailer with mandarin in all his glory

Ha! My quote should have been after that!

What am I supposed to do with this buldge in my pants now???

Without a doubt, Iron Man is my favorite among the Marvel movies made. I cannot think of a better actor to play Tony Stark than RDJ, he has that bonafide prick factor that is needed, and the guy who can step up and be Iron Man.

I enjoy most of the Marvel movies, but for any tech geek who likes techy shit, this causes pure moisture in the chonies like no other.

It could work, but only if it’s really good. I think Marvels approach was better, but had one or two of the films flopped, like Cap of Thor, Avengers wouldn’t have done as well.

If the Justice League movie is good it should help drive sales in all the solo movies. I;m stoked either way though. I love these movies…make em all I say!

Apple will be making their official announcement about the iPad Mini, or whatever the hell they plan to call it…

Pathetic compared to the Nexus 7.

And obligatory Jobs quote:
Steve Jobs said:
If you take an iPad and hold it upright in portrait view and draw an imaginary horizontal line halfway down the screen, the screens on the seven-inch tablets are a bit smaller than the bottom half of the iPad display. This size isn’t sufficient to create great tablet apps in our opinion.

Well, one could increase the resolution of the display to make up for some of the difference. It is meaningless, unless your tablet also includes sandpaper, so that the user can sand down their fingers to around one quarter of the present size. Apple’s done extensive user-testing on touch interfaces over many years, and we really understand this stuff. There are clear limits of how close you can physically place elements on a touch screen before users cannot reliably tap, flick, or pinch them. This is one of the key reasons we think the 10-inch screen size is the minimum size required to create great tablet apps.

Third, every tablet user is also a smartphone user. No tablet can compete with the mobility of a smartphone, its ease of fitting into your pocket or purse, its unobtrusiveness when used in a crowd. Given that all tablet users will already have a smartphone in their pockets, giving up precious display area to fit a tablet in our pockets is clearly the wrong trade-off. The 7-inch tablets are tweeners, too big to compete with a smartphone and too small to compete with an iPad.

Fourth, almost all of these new tablets use Android software, but even Google is telling the tablet manufacturers not to use their current release, Froyo, for tablets, and to wait for a special tablet release next year. What does it mean when your software supplier does not (inaudible) to use their software in your tablet? And what does it mean when you ignore them and use it anyway?

Fifth, iPad now has over 35,000 apps on the App Store. This new crop of tablets will have near zero. And sixth and last, our potential competitors are having a tough time coming close to iPad’s pricing, even with their far smaller, far less expensive screens. The iPad incorporates everything we have learned about building high value products from iPhones, iPods, and Macs. We create our own A4 chip, our own software, our own battery chemistry, our own enclosure, our own everything. And this results in an incredible product at a great price. The proof of this will be in the pricing of our competitor’s products, which will likely offer less for more.

These are among the reasons we think the current crop of 7-inch tablets are going to be DOA, dead on arrival. Their manufacturers will learn the painful lesson that their tablets are too small and increase the size next year, thereby abandoning both customers and developers who jumped on the 7-inch bandwagon with an orphan product. Sounds like lots of fun ahead.
Agreed. Comics just breathed new life into Hollywood. I will stay interested until they completely trash it somehow…which is inevitable.
