Alright, you want some advice? How about this:

Eat well. Work hard. Supplement with creatine and protein. Work out every day after school. Rest on the weekends. In the spring, join your school’s track team, since you want speed so much. Continue to work out during the track season, and once that’s done, stick with your speed drills over summer. Wake up every morning the next season (and during training camp) and head to the gym to work out, then go to class and practice afterwards.

That, my friend, is the key to success. Not steroids, not HGH, not arrogance. Humility, hard work, and determination. If it worked for me, a 5’8" 180lb (at the time) nose tackle/OL, it can surely work for you, a 5’11" 180lb skill player.

Dude, since no one will help you I will. 2g of test suspension/wk, injected twice daily, along with 100mg D-bol/day and 6iu HGH/day for say 16 weeks is a good starter. Ask a personal trainer at your local commercial gym for it.

I assume (from the vast amount of maturity you’ve displayed in this thread) that you’re roughly in tenth or eleventh grade and just came back from practice, where you got your ass handed to you by someone truly better than you.

So, I am going to give you REAL advice, as I have done previously in this thread: dedicate yourself. Work hard, diet right. Continue to work hard. Put forth the effort and you will reap the benefits. Don’t and you won’t. It’s as simple as that. If you don’t understand that concept now, you may never.
